Your cat and larabar make a very cute picture together! There are things I want to say, but at the moment my brain has kind of fizzled out so I can’t seem to string words together properly, but I understand where you are coming from. I am in the same boat as you , feeling as if I have no life at the moment since I’m spending most of my time trying to find a real job and get through the day. And I think on the feeling like you haven’t accomplished much… I found a lot of that (for me at least) came from kind of comparing myself to the accomplishments of people I know/around my age, and I’ve slowly come around to realize that I need to understand that I come from a different history from them, that at some point I’ll get there, but at the moment I’ve got other things I need to take care of that I didn’t before. I hope that made some sort of sense. Take care Jen! I’ll keep hoping that things get brighter for you. xxxCallahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01478159761095031574noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3373928690208680151.post-25372140481483679992012-01-25T14:12:15.887-05:002012-01-25T14:12:15.887-05:00Hi Jen. It seems like you're having a hard day...Hi Jen. It seems like you're having a hard day but your breakfast look yummy. I've had an unopened almond milk carton in my fridge for over 2 weeks but maybe I'll have some cold cereal tomorrow. But I just feel like my house life is so erratic that I may never finish it. Stupid thoughts, no?
Anyway, I'm sure that you've accomplished more than you give yourself credit for. You swam competitively and are currently doing an internship- that's great. As for your BP- it is personal and depends mainly on each individual. But the range for 'normal' is less than 120 over less than 80. So it may look like 112/68 . The top number should be more than the lower number. As for food, I agree completely with you. ED fuck up the metabolism and sometimes I feel like my body needs more food than 'regular' people but then I feel so bad when I add it all up and realize that it's 'normal' but ugh- it's just frustrating. What to do about that? Nothing. Sorry, I'm so not helpful.

Good luck. I know I eat more than many others, and I always push my boyfriend to eat more because I feel like I eat so much. But when I don't eat enough, it's when I am really paying attention to calories. When I ignore calories and pay attention to my hunger cues better, then I do better at eating more without regret and feeling full but not too full. I hope that helps.Sheenahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07556757686360954033noreply@blogger.com
